Ok, so anyways, I was on Sorcery today, and one of the IRCops unregistered one of my channels and said something about me being bad at fibbing.
That just really miffs my day, another sign that Sorcery is a lousy server. |

| I don't know the details behind your complaint but it would seem the first line of action would be to contact the IRC ops superior - his server admin, or even the network manager. |

If you are refering to THE SorceryNet and if it's the same net I'm thinking of, then I'd have to offer that last I was there (several years at least) the staff was a bit on the "stiff" side as far as their sense of humor goes, but they have alot more experience than 99.99% of even some of the oldest IRC networks despite their age. If it's the same net I'm thinking of it was created by experienced former DALnet IRCops/admins that have more experience at IRC administration that I do, which is 12+ years.
Also keeping in mind that there is at least 3 sides to every story, yours, theirs and the truth.
That said I would hardly believe that they would remove anyone unless they felt is was truely required. |
