Online comics

I like comics, online comics are cool, mainly the sprite ones with humor. Anyways, I'm thinking of making my own sprite comics, and need suggestion for characters. Suggestions are welcome (except from Sephiroth), about what type of characters from which videogames I should use, and what kind of personality I should give them.

Like Link from Legend of Zelda, where we give him a fear of cuckoos, being the reason why he runs after them and smacks them like hell with his sword, only to run away when they all try to gang up on his behind.

Eh, ran in to a little snag, I can't find my photo editing program, so I'm gonna have to hold off on that until I find the disk or buy a new one.

Or if anyone has a program that I can get for free, that would be cool too.

Ok, so finally, I got me paint shop Pro today, and I just couldn't wait to test it out. The controls are a little getting use to, but I am done with my first episode of my sprite comic. *YAY*

So anyways, here's the link to the first comic, take a look and tell me what you think. (Yes, I know I messed up on frame 3)

What sprites would I use for it? The only thing I can think of that closely resembles and FBI agent is Shino from Naruto.
