Our Network (IRC-Friends) has had over 100 users for the last week yet our network ranking shows only 25 average.. is it broken?

It's based over time. The length of time is reset after a while, but if you were at 25 users for 4 months then 100 users for a week, the AVERAGE count would not change much.

Well it hasnt changed at all in over a week... not the ranking or average users... I guess by your "vauge" answer you must manipulate them yourselves... i guess netsplit.de is probably more acurate than searchirc.

Stoney13790, the entire system is automated. It took a while for my networks rating to change too. Its nothing to worry about.

You weren't given a vague answer. You were given THE answer you asked for. The answer givern clearly states why your rating may not have changed yet.

I just checked, the "in the last week" number was definitely incorrect. The network log shows your network never dipping under 100 users, so 25 is way off.

Cron shows:

$ crontab -l | grep network_ranking
10 */12 * * * network_ranking >/dev/null 2>&1

We're updating rank twice a day.

So I ran the network rank script directly, and your network now reads properly with 130 listed as your avg for the week. I'll disable the routing of messages to /dev/null, in case it's choking on something.
