Hi

I'm wondering if snyone else has this problem with shells on gigeservers, since last night there has been an internet outtage at gigeservers and this morning seems the same, my server is located on a gigeservers shell and I've had problems with it for example this morning not to long ago there was another outtage and the last message I see is:

Code:
[7:43:35 am] -my.server.name.to.not.spam- *** Global -- from OperServ: os_info: ERROR: can not open the database file!
[7:43:35 am] -my.server.name.to.not.spam- *** Global -- from services.my.server.name.to.not.spam: Can not back up NickServ database nick.db

I really hope its just an internet outtage again and that was caused from lag and not what I'm thinking (something went terribly wrong like the box got a bad hdd or something like that), if anyone else has had this problem please let me know, I'm mad worried I would hate to have to compile everything again Mad

that doesnt look like a "connection" problem but more a read/write issue on the hard disk or maybe just a permission problem.

I know it looks like gigeservers had a bigger problem than just an internet outtage, I never had problems with my shell except for when the shell host had to reboot the box for kernel upgrades and it didnt take out the box for too long either
