| I have wircd 2000 and i have it installed and all but i cant connect to my own server wtf? |

in your event log, it can't bind to 2 ports that you specified... maybe that needs looking at.
When you were trying to connect to the server from your client, i very highly doubt that Wircd2000 would register (and setup DNS for) mynet.net, try connecting to localhost instead |

Well, Im basically having issues with it also. I got everything coded in the configuartion. I connect.... connects half way then bam... I get the error message "You have not registered to the server" What does that mean? I dont see anywhere in the coding what I need to do. Any help!!!???

Not going to use Wircd 2000. Tired of buying shells too, that's why I ended up wanting to try one of these Wircds.

| try beware ircd http://ircd.bircd.org/ or the windows version of unreal ircd. theres probably others that will run on windows just google it. beware claims to run out of the box with the default config. i cant verify that, never used it. and expect to get flamed for running any windows ircd maybe someone is willing to offer you a free linux shell. |

ok after i took a look at what your trying to connect to. do you own the mynet.net domain?
have you try to connect to 127.0.0.1? or try to use your IP to connect to? cause your trying to connect to a server thats not even there.
click on this link see if you connect to your server
irc://127.0.0.1
now if you get your server then there is nothing wrong with the server, just the domain you try to use to connect to it.
