| Hybrid based network seeking leaf and hub links, as well as dedicated staff who are more concerned about doing thier job than just looking cool having an oline. If you wish to link, please no Windows servers, and have at least residential DSL or cable (some exceptions may be made). Hybrid-based ircds only, please don't ask me to change, because I won't.
