The Aim of This Network
1. Our network was formed in order to help people with issues such as people affected by Spina Bifida & Hydrocephalus and just a place for people to chat about anything and meet new friends.

2. To have a Board, its Departments, and a unique Staff structure that will organize new ways, fixing all the tiny problems and leaving the network hassle free.

3. To cover all sections of the community, promoting fairness unlike others. To have equality for all (race, sex, ability, sexual orientation, religion, age).

Executive Board President
The Presidents job is not to give big orders, but to represent the Network and its good standards. He can make reasonable decisions and change things, but if he is clearly making bad decisions and things the users disagree with he will be stopped by the CEO. Bad decisions or no decisions may affect the Presidents re-election.

People applying for Presidency must give their information to the CEO. The CEO monitors all of the election process and will deal with the applications. The guidelines for presidency are:
~You must be a Server Admin.
~You must have two EBR in the Board.
~You must not have an Oper account on any other network.
~You need your own home computer on a reliable ISP.

Webmaster
Runs the Web Department and works closely with his staff to maintain the Network website.

Experience:
~HTML, of course
~PHP
~PHP-Nuke
~VBulletin
~MySQL

CEO Secretary
Works closely with the CEO and VCEO to let them know what’s happening with the Network and will deal with keeping documents in order.

Experience:
~Must have good typing skills
~Good written & communication skills

Promotions Director
Looks after the affiliates and companies associated with the network, along with promoting the Network to get servers & users.

Routing Director
Deals with new and current links with Server Administrators help.

Experience:
~UnrealIRCd 3.2
~Linux

Coding Director
Runs the Development Department and provides help with all types of coding languages to the staff.

Experience:
~C++

Help Director
Runs the Help Department and works closely with Opers to help users.

Experience:
~Familiar with both Users & Opers Auspice & UnrealIRCd commands.
~Must have good written & communication skills.

Legal Director
He/She will work closely with the Board to keep the Network Charter and legal issues in order.

Services Director
1. The Services Director must work with the Server Administrators to make sure their settings are correct to work with services.

2. The Service Director has the duty of making backups once every 24 hours. They will require an assistant to work carefully and professionally to a high standard.

3. The Services Director work fairly to achieve the best for the Network users by moderating, deciding and resolving cases of dispute over services registration.

4. The Services Director is in charge of all services daemons.

Experience:
~Familiar with setting up and using Auspice Services.
~Linux

If your up for any outside opionins i'd suggest not advertising that your looking for servers off the bat, that's usually a surefire way to get your network off on the wrong foot.
