I'm not sure what we can do besides you guys signing up with another userid.

Unless you can prove you are who you say you are, we really can't reassign the email in the accounts allowing you to then request the password for the account.

Exactly. Since I don't personally know either of you, how can it be proven to me that you are who you say you are?

Now, if you had your passwords, it could be verified, but then again, if you had your passwords, you could update your own email address in your account. Or, if your email worked, you could reset your pass.

Without either, you could be anyone.

DjMadness wrote on Dec 28th, 2003, 3:54 pm: Djmadness ain\'t a part of FreeIRC no more , there for if you need to contact us you have to mail Magz at Magz@FreeIRC.dk or join irc.freeirc.dk #FreeIRC

see more info here: http://searchirc.com/network/FreeIRC.dk

There you can see that, it was not me that wrote it, this makes me very negitive, that someone else is using my account.
Please delete the account, or change the email to djmadness@totalirc.net

I realy cant see why it needs to be done this way, but now my account is being "abused" and that is not what SearchIRC is for

Now I'm confused. Why is it that you suddenly don't know your own password, can't access your own email, but someone else does?

I cannot take the account and give it to someone else, especially since you don't even know the password, and no longer have the email address that it was signed up with.

With that said, I've locked up the account "DjMadness", so no one can use it anymore.
