We have the following two blacklists setup already:
Quote:

dnsbl.njabl.org
ircbl.ahbl.org

I'm considering adding the following two blacklists, but I was wondering others opinions on these two in terms of using them for an IRC network:
Quote:

virbl.dnsbl.bit.nl
no-more-funn.moensted.dk

Side note: Please don't suggest TOR blacklists, the server admin has the choice of making their server tor-friendly or not, it's their responsibility to do research on such blacklists.

I must say a tor friendly server is asking for trouble as it means you wont be able to ban users using tor proxies.

*sigh* Why on earth did you just state the obvious?
Like I said specifically in my first post to forget about mentioning TOR blacklists, strictly for this very reason. I don't care if you think I should use a TOR blacklist. If I want to use one I'll use one.

What I am looking for is others opinions on the above mentioned blacklists.

There are ways and means to handle TOR.

FWIW, I don't like the njabl that you are using - I find it uses in some cases, very old records. I tend to use Sorbs as it covers most of whats required, and has a decent removal process.

From what I've gathered sorbs is a very bad blacklist to use.

Lately, I've heard similar to be honest, but I still use it, and fingers crossed, no problems.
