is it me, or are replies allowed back in the Net Announce forum? ...or are the mods finally moving topics out of reply-permitted forums into the net announcements forum?
on a sidenote, can the forum allow replies to topics by the users who created the topic? |

| i'm moving topics into the proper location. if someone's doing an announcement in a non network announcement forum, any preexisting replies will remain. |
