This post is to let the IRC community know we lost one of our own this weekend. Many of you probably knew {]-VinamP-[} (Dan) He visited alot of servers. He was a sweet guy. We at RB/SBM will be having a memorial service for Dan Tomorrow Tuesday Aug 15 2006 at 7pm EST in his channel. We will be doing a radio broadcast, memorial montage and just talk about Dan.
You can also leave dan a a thought or wish and light a candle here

He was a regular on Slacked too. This is the second user we've lost to suicide this summer. :\
He'll be taking our trouts from heaven now. |

Jamie set up tribute on Slacked for Vinamp on one of our network services, to respond to trout slaps, like his script did.
(13:38:50) ! Z takes shadow's trout and puts it back in the sea. Trouts Saved: 112. - Supported by the RSPCT (The Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Trouts.) - In memory of {]-VinamP-[}
I don't know if Vinamp used that script on other networks, but I think he'd like it. |
