Hello, I am looking for a network to link my server to. It can be either a U.S. network or an Italian network. (My two fluent languages)

I will run whatever IRCd necessary, it does not matter to me. I do have experience and just delinked from a network (worldeclipse) before that I was with ECnet and a couple others.
