If you know what your doing Anope is VERY highly customizable to each individual channel. If you check there is an option to turn off XOP /msg chanserv set #channel xop off do that and check out the options that are suddenly available to be changed. But of course that involves reading the documentation and help files.

It's not hard to set up at all. Just type /msg chanserv help

Problem Solved it gives you the commands and stuff you need to assist you.

lol, I have and done, it took me two weeks when I first went to an anope used server, just to figure out all the commands, some of the commands are somewhat useless in my opinion, I'll go with surreal Smile till I can make my own service Neutral

Well, its possible but it will cause a lot of issues... BUT you can have two Oper Services, as in one as a backup.
