| I'm sorry but much as you may dislike this so called "project" gline of his staff is a huge abuse of powers. That's not something you should sit around and be proud of. At least some of the others in this post are acting responsibly and just trying to talk to him, instead of using scare tactics and abuse of power like yourself. |

| Hassan, have you solved the proxy scanner problem yet? The servers still see my connection as an open proxy, but I'm connecting straight from my home and got no proxy services running. |

i think oper abuse on this network is something a small minority compared to the abuse this network is to the whole irc scence being generally aimed and setup to/for warez, not to mention the abuse it is about/will get from bots using his network for infected machines.
I personally wouldnt abuse my fellow opers, power, trust or position on any irc network, but then i wouldnt oper up on such a network to begin with so i am with alpha on this and would say he done wrong but wouldnt hold it against him in this case.  |

| So if for example, I go shoot my neighbor because I don't think he should tear cars to pieces and rebuild them that's ok. Because I personally don't agree with what he's doing. Look at the large picture, it's a very similar comparison. |

Would you move near someone that done things you didnt like, no? so why go oper on a network that does things you dont like?
If your neighbour done things to defect the way of your living or public services owned by the private sector illegaly you wouldnt hesitate to do something about it would you, alpha has just done that and decided to action against it, works both ways.
Hassan is operating a network full of xddc illegal filesharing bots
Alpha glined some of the opers
Two wrongs dont make a right, but what did hassan expect posting up advertisement about a shitty xddc network in the first place?
Hassan i wouldnt expect to think your network will remain anonymous to long from the likes of riaa (sp?) cia, fbi etc, all it takes is for one of your xddc bots to share something that will fuel the flame.
