| Good luck, but generally people don't tend to give away shells to networks that are just starting out. The shells, after all, still need to be payed for. |

well mate...u want a shell...for free....
umm..if we provide u a shell...what u can do for our network....
if can make me undestand..u can do some good...such as....
as pe xamaple: u creat ur own room.....and get enough users.....
any way..make me understand,,u can do some kool thing for our net work..i might provide u a ircd shell............in some case with ful technical help.......
