GENERAL WARNING
Any persons suffering from power-tripitis, stress or moodswings should not attempt any of these recipes without due guidance from an experienced IRCop/Admin

The recipes
Lamer Doughnuts
Take one lamer, mix well with /gzline (if unavailable, substitute with /gline, /zline or /kline). For perfect online health, this is to be consumed until there are no lamers left.
WARNING: Lamer may contain traces of BNC, Proxy and/or DDoS. Please consult your stress medication if you are sensitive to any of the symptoms

Spam-cakes
Apply /spamfilter liberally over spam until eradicated. The key to a well formed spam-cake is in the regex, consult your regex documentation before attempting. Wash down with quick-kill for a thirst-quenching satisfaction
WARNING: Spam may contain pr0n, virii, trojans, hijackers and/or other online-ilk. Persons sensitive to such exposure should perform a system scan before and after exposure.

xDCC-pancakes
Apply /cs forbid where needed (you can never go overboard with /cs forbid) until channels are non-existant. Follow up and mix well with a /ctcp $*.net,$*.com,$*.org VERSION and use the Lamer Doughnuts recipe for any remnants of xDCC.
WARNING: xDCC may attract RIAA, DDoS and/or wave after wave of bottlers, apply /gzline and stress medication where necessary.
