Starting a New IRC Network

Hello, Im looking for someone that will help me run an IRC network.. I know, somewhat about setting up servers, and services.. but I lack the knowledge in Linking servers, and Round Robins, etc.. I already have a server.. and will probably be running Unreal, and Auspice.. but we can discuss that later..

I have searched for alot of networks too "join" but none have suited me..

I would like this network to be geared toward the Sci-fi topics, but it will mainly just be a General Chat Network..
