Hey, a friend of mine connects from school and has to use a proxy, does anyone know where he could purchase a stable proxy to avoide changing all the time?

usually dont recommend proxys, but heres a few where he/she can purchase stable proxies

again there are other solutions than using a proxy for example SSH access
