I'm currently in search of the perfect "bouncer" program. I've used ezbounce since it's inception. Recently it has been a bit too unstable for my tastes. I've tried dircproxy (1.0.5, 1.1.0, and syn build), bnc, psybnc, and muh. I really liked dirc, but it often does unusual "annoying" things when re-attaching. Sometimes it will display UNIX timestamps in place of a regular TS. DIRC also seems to freak on occasion and drop the connection for no reason.
Any suggestions? I'd like something with logging capability (server notices, channel logs, private message logs). I've got to be able to QUIT-to-DETACH.
Thanks! |
