Is this a common message. I normally sign on with ease, but as of yesterday I get unable to connect to 6667 (connection refused). How can I fix it if it is fixable. I can get in with rizon(SP sorry) but I am lost in there can not find a thing. Anyway a little help is more appreciated then you can imagine. TY all

Uh...what?
Connect to 6667? 6667 is the standard port number, trying to connect to 6667 won't do anything. Also the connection refused error usually means the server is down. You probably want to post on your network's forums for this, and check the website for information on the error. Just in case you were sending the command wrong (though I don't know how you would get that error), here is the format for every type of command to connect to a server I have come across (it may be different from /server, but you can figure it out):
/server <server> {port} {password}
