I am curently trying to expand newbies all over Irc.

Guest is correct. If you want your channel to grow, it will have to be unique and offer things no other newbie channel can offer.
Good luck getting it going, though. People usually like where they are and don't like to move-be patient, it takes time-my network will be 2 years old in Nov and we still only peak around 700 global. Course, we don't spam other networks either or give freebie IRCops-those things tend to just give you staff that will cause people to flee and cause more harm than good.
If you want a good solid channel.....you'll have to give it alot of time to build up a solid userbase Just don't resort to spamming it on other networks-you'll wind up dealing with alot of abuse and losing the people you already have. |
