I think that would be difficult without a traceroute being done on every server to determine its location. Although alot of shell providers can be based in one place, the box can be in another place.
When I set up randoms for my network (ie US, EU, etc) I run a trace on the IP and try to find its physical location and go from that. Shell providers I pay that are based in the US are mostly in the US, but I found 2 to be in Canada not the US, though the company I pay is a US address. |

| Its in the works. In the next few weeks, SearchIRC will have a network directory where networks are categorized according to subject and nationality (very similar to the channel directory that you see on our home page). |
