irc.Teenirc.net is looking new links with a min of 15 users. We have about 40 users on at one time and we are getting bigger. Please See Joey Or Jedi if you wish to links.

I don't know if I agree with the concept of 'required users' especially when the network itself is that small, but ok, to each his own  |

Aimserv, a good way to get your usercount up quickly since every person on your list, online, becomes a connection on the network.
Good luck with it, I started having crash issues once about 5 people were logged into it with massive userlists It would go nuts, eat processor, and eventually die |
