| Please pardon my ignorance, but what does the ability to get users have to do with the ability to operate a network? Seems to me you care more about quantity of users than quality of staff. |

| Thats what I was wondering too katsklaw.. The ability to bring users should not be the only factor to consider when looking for staff (opers). You should also consider their oper/administration experience, IRC experience, IRC and IRCd knowledge, etc.. I'm not going to go into full detail here, but I'm just as curious as katkslaw.. |

/me gazes around his room... 4 *NIX machines, and a Win32... Each can handle the ability to summon well over 100 "unique" users... so that's 500 "users" I could possibly bring to your network, and I'd get staff for bringing 500 braindead clones of myself?

Just a simple tip, but if you seriously want a "drama free" network, don't come to a forum filled with (for the most part) people you hardly know and therefore mostly distrust advertising staff slots - its the recipe for disaster. |
