Offering a stable server to an established, organized network.
Network preferably 500+ users {I don't mind Large Warez Networks}
Uptime currently on the server is 130 days, had the server for over 2 Years and never had any unexpected downtime or problems with it.
I wouldn't like to have to fill out an application, but can talk to the routing administrator on IRC.

| I don't believe he is offering a network to link to give someone users, he is offering a erver in case of the need of one to balance users because your network is getting fuller. |

It's an empty, but stable server.
