No Theme IRC Services are currently in development. They are written in Python using twisted.
Feel free to look at the current code, which is really the core functionality, with a little bit of "example" code. In short, it's not done yet.
I'm really looking for criticism of my code. I've gotten rid of most of the ugly stuff except for some things that are currently hard coded that shouldn't be because there is no configuration code yet.
I don't really have a IRC channel setup for this yet due to lack of interest from the general public, however I can be reached at irc.equalslashed.net (My nickname is brian).
