Ive noticed networks staying up for a few days , then goin down, keep the average of the "last seen".
This, imho, is not a fair way of calculating.
If a network is unreachable (down), a 0 (zero) should be added as current user count, and be counted for in teh averaging.

| That's a good idea, right now the data is only updated when the bot can connect, so that might skew things. I'll see what I can do. |
