It occurred to me that one way for networks to drive traffic to their sites would be by way of a webring. We all know users are going to hop from channel to channel and from network to network so lets use that instead of being paranoid about it.
IRCNetworks webring has been formed, it's easy to join, simply fill in the application HERE and place the snippet of html on your website.
