After leaving the ShadowIRCd project, I have come across a large amount of time that I can use to assist networks with whatever they need. However, there is a criteria for the types of networks I will become involved with.
First off, the network must have a critical mass. This means 20 users minimum. It also means no warez.
Secondly, the network must be comfortable to be on. This means that it should have interesting people (read: not generic mirc excursion whatever using people. that's one of my pet peeves.), and already have friendly laid-back admins. (It also means no racist admins, as those appear to be cropping up.)
I can do anything from ircd modifications to training network staff, to becoming a part of the network's staff. I'm pretty much flexible there.

Wow, you're like the perfect person! lol, I run the Crystal-Glen Network, and right now we're looking for new users, and maybe a few more opers. We have 52 users on the server.
Our users are great, the admins are really relaxed, and as far as I know not rascist at all. If you want you can stop in and check us out. IRC.Crystal-Glen.Net

hmm, you maybe the one that we' are lookin for, coz now at our network's ( EFchat ) we are lookin for new kind ircd's and more feature services that bind to ( recently we are using bahamut and anope-1.7.8 )
