I dunno if it's just me, but ever since the recent server problems, threads that i've already read keep getting flagged not-read. :/. It's getting rather disturbing.

Like, I'll go read a thread. I refresh 5 mins, and it's showing the icon to say i havent read it yet - i go there, and there's nothing new :/

sometimes, the board will put the new icon on my own posts -- wierd

i just read the new posts, went back to the index to see if there any more new ones, and the posts i just read have all been marked as unread

i've so far got no problems except for the DB issues..which caused all the posts i hadn't read before the last backup to be marked unread again...other than that...everything seems "normal"

k, i lied. when i posted it flagged all posts since the recorded last login as unread...

i'm getting this issue too, and i know i am because locked threads are being marked as having new posts in them (never even seen the yellow padlock icon before here Razz)

This is like the 11th time this thread is being marked as new even if someone doesn't post, can't something be done to fix it?

i've not done anything to the code that would cause this issue, so unless one of you figures it out, it'll have to wait until I either have time to look at the code, or phpbb releases a fix.
