need someone to run the irc and make it grow. The service
has been paid up for a yr so no need to worry about funding.
we are using
unreal3.2
ircservices
defender
neostats
looking for someone to really run it for I wont be around much

| its me SPAWN again, i was co server admin on your net awhile back. didnt know you have your net back up. i am idling on there now. and i could use it if you're not going to be on much. it will be put to use . idk how many will join but ill get some |

Hiya. I own my own network and we are looking for people who would like to link to us. If you were willing to link your server we would take care of the day to day running of it for you, enabling you to feel sure your server is safe and secure and would also enable whatever people use your server at present would have somewhere to come and others to chat to.
If this is something that you would consider please feel free to PM me or Visit my network and talk further about it. If not i wish you luck in finding someone to look after your stuff  |

| Just a friendly helpful hint. Most people rather disliked or are turned off by networks that *force-join* to a channel on connection. Otherwise, good luck on your search. |

Not just that - you're really doing a disservice to your users if you are always looking for people to run a network for you. On our network, we trust that anyone on our staff is capable of handling many or most tasks, but the founders of the network are still supposed to make sure that the direction of the network doesn't falter.
But, I'm a bit harsh because I firmly believe that not everyone and their puppy needs to run an IRC network. If you don't have the conviction, dedication, and ability to start, maintain, and grow your network (doesn't have to be the user count that you're increasing, mind you), you really shouldn't have one that's open to the public. |
