ChatNSN was down for a while due to all the servers going offline. I've now got it going again with two servers, but am having problems getting the listing reactivated.

The problem is that the dns changed to chatnsn.org whereas before it was chatnsn.org.uk.

I also accidently wiped out the access and now can't correct it, or get access again.

I sent an e-mail over a week ago, but haven't heard anything yet.

Erm, how do you accidentally wipe access? If memory serves, they ask you if you're sure after you click the option to reset access.

Anyway, this makes it really hard to verify that you owned ChatNSN.org.uk and since the address is different, they'll have to change it for just about everything (including the website) which will probably hamper reactivation. If all else fails you could just resubmit your network with it's new irc address and e-mail account.

i've still got the domain. It just isn't on any nameservers, so it still shows as being owned by me in a whois lookup.

I would just resubmit. It'll save you time and save the staff unnecessary work.
