Does anyone happen to know if ircu has the ability to, like unreal, enable a user-mode to show client connect/quit's in the status window, assuming the user trying to enable that mode is an oper? If not, does anyone know if/where there is a patch for it? I am running ircu2.10.12.10 if that makes a difference.

+s user flag. Check the snomasks.html page in the /doc/ folder. 
higher the number, more notices will be given. |

You may need to add "CONNEXIT_NOTICES" = "TRUE" in your ircd.conf if they still don't show as connecting (not sure if more recent versions still need this line). Think I used +s 16384 to see client connects.
