Looking for someone to step in and take over the irc. meaning someone who will promote it, call all the shots. If your looking to step into a seasoned irc and start running one here is your chance.

Please no one hit wounders , we need someone serious.

Why you ask I am tired of running it but its 4 years old and has users so I cannot shut it down. Also please do not come and ask to link.

I want to post in here a few things to help clear up some confusion

what I am looking for is a 95% take over. meaning

you will be responsible for:
Users -- go get users
promotion -- treat the service as your own
website -- ftp login to change things if you like
yahoo groups email moderator or pop3 which ever you prefer but we do use yahoo groups.

we are using 2 of the 5 servers we have
Hub
and 4 leafs and we are hosting pstp.org 's irc
we only have the two running at this time. but if whoever runs
this can have all of them on if needed and have the names modified
to meet your needs they do not need to stay the same names.

Unreal3.2 using ircservices with http stats

we have special scripts built into services for oper administration

Radio if needed

Relay bot hooked to 12 other servers using one channel.

we have 230 registerd users and about 100 registerd channels
but who ever runs this can make their own channels and
decide which one the users auto into.

we have
eggdrop
defender
opsb
neostats
netadmin
addline'
courtroom special written script.

a talking bot which i created no need to use this if not wanted

who ever runs this will not have to pay for the shell and you will get
hard olines on the ircd. You can add olines using ADDLINE script for your users. there will not be any shell access. due to with the scripts built in there is no need to enter it. The 5% I will do is turn on and off the service if needed and pay for the service.

this irc has been around for over 4 years and needs someone who wants to tweek it and enjoy running a complex irc. I own Usold Auctions and do not the time the ircd needs.

Also I will be available to help technical if needed.
http://sailirc.net is the web site , and like i said it can be modified if who ever wants to run this no problem with that.
