Like SearchIRC? Depends on what type of "stuff" you want to post.
If you google "irc search forum" you'll find a handful of IRC search engines, but most are dedicated to finding xdcc bots rather than identifying chat subjects. A few have forums. mirc.com has a forum for posts about that irc client, and you'll find most of the more popular irc clients, scripts, bots, etc, also have forums for questions. There's an alt.irc if you want to post on a newsgroup but its overwhelmingly spam (if it still exists) the last time I looked, years ago.
If you are looking to advertise your network then I really wouldn't advertise on any IRC centric forum, as you'd be preaching to the choir. We get tens of thousands of people accessing IRC through our search pages, but as you can see by the posts on our forums 99% are IRC admins who are looking for their own staff and users.
If your network has a theme - ie, if its about music, or gaming, or created especially for the people of Nunavut, then you'll attract more users when you spread the word about your network wherever that audience is most likely to be found. |

don't know what you mean by 'post stuff to' tbh, but this is the best site I've found in several years of irc...
so... if youre interested in getting your own channel known I'd suggest making sure its shown in the searchirc listings and get some happy customers to add reviews
