Hi, the NexusIRC network was indexed on this site before, however the previous owner died and the network went down for a while.
We have since brought back the network and we would like to be a part of Search IRC again. I have followed the steps regarding updating networks listed here: http://searchirc.com/help.php?id=42 but NexusIRC is not listed on the request network access list.
I hope this is the right forum for this. Sorry if I am missing something. Any help would be greatly appreciated as we would like to be a part of this great community.

those instructions are for indexed networks. Yours is not active, and not indexed, so the network will never show up in the network selection list.
As it says on the network info page:
http://searchirc.com/network/NexusIRC
"This network is no longer actively indexed on SearchIRC due to our inability to connect for several weeks. If this network becomes active again, please contact us"
The "contact us" is a link to our contact page, and when we process the request, we will reactivate the network.
I've gone ahead and updated the help page and reactivated your network. |
