We are trying to keep to the regular efnet style of doing things, server owners will be allowed to keep their domains and admins (as long as they bring enough users to warrant having that many opers and admins) You must run solid-ircd (its heavily modded bahamut and its wonderful). We run anope services. We try to keep rules to a minimum as we feel that its up to the channel owners to run their own channels, not up to the ircop staff. Anyone interested can connect to irc.meganet.us (irc.salbug.org works to) and join #core and speak with mike, ibanez, or element.
