We run a few blacklists on our network and one of them was rbl.efnet.org. That blacklist had some major issues and started adding 90% of all IPs to it's blacklist.
Result: banning almost everyone on the net (including your search bot)
can we get reactivated please?
the network is "irc dot staticbox dot net"
