| Hey guys im welling to run any ircd you are running however the network owner must have 4++ years of experience, I just dont have time to run my own network due to helping a hosting compnay out and working so ya if you would like the shell i can be contacted on irc.chat-way.net in #hostphenom under the name Morgan hope to talk to you soon |

Morgan, i think the problem here is, everyone seems to know of your reputation and backround, therefore, even the new admins don't want diddly squat to do with you.
I gave you your chance, and you blew it. Along with the many other admins who have admitted to you being a twat on more then one occasion.
I'm not doing this to offend you, more to guide you. So take in mind these three easy steps.
Grow Up. (No one wants an 22 year old admin who acts like hes 12)
Don't threaten people, if you want to be an admin, you need to act like an honest admin, do your job, treat people well and quit backstabbing them.
Try doing just those two simple things, and watch how much further you get!  |
