I would like to invite everyone, who just can't seem to find the right place to hang out.
We are a smaller community of people who are interested in meeting friends, hanging out, and finding similarities.

IRCoper is a new IRC network with 3 server, and about 15/25 users from different parts of this world (at max) naturally for now . Of courser we whanna a bigger Network and we get bigger.
