Hello There....

Currently I got a VPS in Sydney, Australia

I am using Gentoo

Its on a 1 mbit line and 10 mbit burstable.
It can probaly hold around 1000 or more.
I got root access

===========Requirements================

1. Must Use Inspircd 1.1
2. Must use IRCServices or atheme.
3. Stats...It doesnt really matter.
4. No Warez,porn or anything illegal.
5. Use IRC Defender and BOPM with some good listings...
6. No SDN, ADSL, or residential Cable or anything at HOME.
7.Must use some type of Unix/Linux...
8. The network must be T1 multi-homed
6. Applicants should agree to a security audit
7. All links should be on a trial basis
8. Applicants should also provide a traceroute to me
9. Network must have more users then opers
10. By the way.....No UNREAL
11. No HTTP
12. YOU MUST AGREE TO ALL OF THEM!

Banned Software

The following software must not be running on a server we link to under any circumstances:

Telnetd or other unsecured forms of daemon that permit login using a shell username and password (for example ftpd)
Exploitable versions of named
Exploitable sshd versions
Exploitable php scripts such as MyGallery
No Windows severs at ALL

Yea no kidding... and who wants a cheapy little AU VPS on a 1mb line? With all those requirements and no users to go with it... They'd be better off paying a shell hosting company for some real bw and stuff.

Thats a random pricing of a dedicated server i found on google in Australia. 100GB of transfer, and probably as much as I pay for my 2TB of bandwidth server in the USA in USD money that is. So ya, that be it.
