When I go Copilar Ptlink IRCD PtlinkServices pra to twirl in the Windows for the Cygwin, it of the error in the MYSQL cliente.. As I make Pra to copilar, without installing mysql, or as I install it

I'm pretty sure PTlink Services does not support Cygwin.
You may wish to try either Anope or Atheme on windows; both have production-quality native windows releases. |

At one time PTLink did support cgywin or at least they had some ifdefs in the code for it.
Your best bet is to post on the PTLink web site forum that I know their dev's read |

| You don't have the mysql client installed. Make sure you have all dependencies before trying to compile a program. |
