Hi.
I am 19 years old and from North Yorkshire, in England.
I am interested in being an IRCop on a fairly established IRC network - I am not too fussed about the server software or services as I am fairly used to most of them however the network must have at least 200 users, as there is not really much need of "IRCop work" on a network with less.
I would love to be part of development and services maintaince and network support.
I am not bothered if their is warez on the network - but I am bothered if their is drone nets(ie. botnets)

i really doubt anyone will have you as a ircop. most networks now choose opers within there networks who are dedicated and always there  |

I would recomend first getting some experiance in being and Local oper, or helper and work ur way up the chane of command.
But if u are really getting some good hands on experiance in being an IRCop and learning the ropes, I suggest u head over to irc.pingbad.com, or msg PingBad about his oper Training Accedmeny. Its a very good and safe place to learn the ropes.
