Place for IRCd

Hey!

I am running an IRCd for a website for Slovenian, EU users. But right now my IRCd is hosted in US and i would also like to have 1 in EU.

Is there any1 out there that could help me and give me a place to host it.

There won't be a lot of users. MAX 100! And i would like to keep it unlinked from other networks since users of this will be older peoples and they don't want to join a public network because they are afraid of hackers, virii, ...
Most of the users will access it from a java web chat applet. There will be no illegal stuff on it. Its strictly for users of Slovenian Turf Club. Which is a club for peoples that like horses. The URL of the site will be sloturf.com since the page is not up yet but should be in a few weeks and i would like to have everything ready for when it starts.

It's a non profit organisation and I am working on this project for free.

I hope some1 can help me out.

I really wonder why users should be afraid for hackers.. Make it onjoin +x (hiding hosts), set up some security bot/server and your pretty much cleaned from anything. Not that the chance is big to catch anything anyway...
