I'm looking for some servers to link. I only have about 18 users. Rules are easy. You can have 1 Network Admin (you), 1 services admin, and 3 other admins. I don't care whether you or I run the services. Please have at least 10 users. Email me for more details or discussion. cyberspace81@yahoo.com

just try irc.kickchat.com (meet Julie or Chris there) tell em Aj send you. They using unreal ircd also visit http://www.kickchat.com.
