http://liquidskies.net LiquidSkies has great deals, good prices, awesome service, good uptime (about 99.9% uptime) and last but not least their hosting servers are located in one of the best datacenters in the US

also their security is uber tight, none of their servers will ever go down for any kind of DdoS attack

you should try Host-Nation.Net i have 2 IRCDs with them for the last 4 months with no problems except just one time for quick updates and maintenance. But i highly recommend them and there plans start from $7 per month
