I would like to recomend to you Veritynet IRC Shell hosting.
Veritynet IRC Shell accounts are very reliable, have a fast connection and have very little down time.
They offer very reasonable prices for shell accounts, and have a same day setup for there accounts.
They offer 2 diffrent accounts, a small ircd account for $10 dollars US, that allows you to run 1 ircd and 1 bg proccess, or a large IRCd account for 15 dollars that allows you to run 1 ircd and 8 bg process. they can also custimize an shell for your needs.

I have been using them myself and highly recomend them.

Or rather than getting 5 unstable IRCd shell accounts, you can get *gasp* a dedicated server that you KNOW will be stable.

Indeed Brian.. however.. not all people can afford to buy 5 ircd shells.. which is why you link up with other servers Razz

. I know what you mean though.. buying 5 shells is silly when you can just buy a dedi.
