Hi :)
We from StarByte.net are looking for links, anyone with a stable server and small/medium (25-150) amount of users
Mainly talking Brazilian Portuguese, StarByte runs a special set of ircd/svs made by us with PTlink software base.
No, we don't want to link ourselfs on another network.
