Hi there, I'm CyberDems, founder of the RSAchat IRC Network (irc.rsachat.za.net). RSAchat is a small network (5-15 users without services) that has merged with another irc network, XeNonet.net. I would like to invite any networks interested in merging with us to please contact me.
We are accepting practically any merge or link requests now, as long as they approve the following:
1) They have to run our ircd [bahamut-1.4(35)+rsachat] which is a modified bahamut that has the following features, inheritted from UnrealIRCD and other sources: CRC-Hostname-Cloaking, half-ops, Network Administrator, Technichal Administrator, vhosts and a few more.
2) They have to use our services, which we host. (two sets, one mainly for staff and news (coded by us), and the other Epona-1.4.14 without BotServ or HostServ (we find it unprofessional and hence shall not activate it in future).
3) They are stable.
We dont mind small/empty networks/servers. But what we do mind, are 20 server networks, with 20 operators, and no normal users, or botnets and warez networks wishing to merge. NO!
You can keep your servernames and simply link your hub to ours, thats cool - a perfect merge, and you can also change your name to ours if you wish.

I just hope you don't get a merge whose only purpose is to get linked then start going ape on the network-it happens, thats why I don't do merges anymore.
