What's this? I haven't done absolutely anything wrong, the last thing i did was disconect from the chanel normally.
Why is this?

Well, despite what people commonly think, IRC networks are completely separate from eachother. The only people who can help you with this problem are the staff of Rizon. Their website, which is always the first place you should look, says that you should contact akill@rizon.net about your problem. You should include that "Banned" line, as well as your IP/Hostname so that they can sort it out.

But, if you honestly feel these people are banning you for no reason at all, you can of course find a new network to chat on. A network is nothing without users, so if they don't treat you right, well then go find a network that will, there are plenty of them out there...

OMG.. I wonder why people ask HERE why they were banned ?
Ask the staff of network where you was banned or accidentally found that your connection is rejected.
Also a little point comes here, most networks explicitly disclaim all liability for
anything passes thru and reserve right to deny access for any host or user
for a reason or not.
